Titanium engine casing
Formerly chemically etched, this titanium engine casing was the first of it’s kind to be milled by one of the world’s best known aero engine manufacturers.
A380 cover plates
This series of four aluminium pump covers had to be programmed extremely quickly, as they had been identified by Airbus as components likely to hold up production of the new A380 super jumbo.
Lightweight tail section
This typical aluminium airframe assignment involved programming approximately thirty five components for the tail section of a lightweight passenger jet.
